Lyme borreliosis (LB) is a widely prevalent infectious disease in the Western hemisphere with potentially major health consequences for patients. However, current serological tests are not always able to adequately diagnose patients and are unfit as a point-of-cure test. Therefore, we aim to validate already existing cellular tests for LB and to test their clinical usefulness (the VICTORY-project).
