Patient-centred care is becoming increasingly important as it simply leads to better care. The experiences of patients in the form of patient feedback is therefore of great value. Yet, future GPs do not know how to include patient feedback in their daily practice as it is hardly a part of their training programme. Although, the importance of patient involvement in education is widely acknowledged, much is still unknown about how patient feedback can be used in education.
