During my PhD project I studied the cerebrospinal fluid and interstitial fluid flow in the rodent brain, and how hypertension affects these processes. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher within the EndoCARE consortium. In this project, we aim to develop a novel first-in-class drug for treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by restoring the imbalance in physiological levels of endocannabinoid signaling in the brain.
