Bias and uncertainty in comparative diagnostic accuracy research

The focus of my research is on identifying risk of bias in studies that compare the accuracy of diagnostic tests. I assess current methods used in comparative test accuracy research, and I attempt to find empirical evidence for any putative sources of bias. The end product is a risk of bias tool for comparative test accuracy studies.
